To support the purchasing department in the KARE head office in Munich (Garching-Hochbrück) we are looking immediately for full-time employees (*) in purchasing with focus on product management.

Your tasks:

  • Responsibility for product group areas
  • Continuous system support such as article creation and maintenance of article master data
  • Ensuring the availability and reliability of product data and information
  • Negotiating prices and conditions
  • Timely sample request and procurement
  • Support in planning and controlling the assortments
  • Trade fair preparation with pricing of new products
  • Supplier management

That's why you fit into our team:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Professional experience in the field of purchasing/trading and knowledge of distance selling would be an advantage
  • Passion and interest in the latest trends as well as existing product knowledge in interior design
  • Strong negotiating skills, assertiveness, good organisational and coordination skills and team player
  • Ability to work independently, quick comprehension, understanding of business administration, strong analytical skills and good numerical skills
  • Willingness to travel from time to time
  • Good MS-Office skills and ERP experience, knowledge of PIM (product information system) an advantage
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
