To support the Logistics Department at the KARE Head Office in Munich (Garching-Hochbrück), we are looking for an administration assistant (*) for shipping to start immediately on a full-time basis.

*) Gender doesn't matter, the main thing is motivation

Your tasks:

  • Preparation and checking of shipping documents (delivery notes, freight documents, customs documents)
  • Processing of national and international shipments
  • Organization of pickups and monitoring of deadlines
  • Coordination with warehouse, logistics, freight forwarders, and internal departments
  • Optimization of shipping processes 

That's why you fit into our team:

  • Completed commercial training; focus on freight forwarding and logistics is an advantage
  • Knowledge of customs and export processing
  • Professional experience in shipping or logistics is desirable
  • Confident use of merchandise management or ERP systems
  • Careful, structured, and reliable way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Good written and spoken German, other languages are an advantage
