To support our IT team at the KARE head office in Munich (Garching-Hochbrück) we are looking for a full-time Application Manager (*) for our Retail/E-Commerce System.

Your tasks:
- Ensuring smooth operation of our EH and E-Commerce applications including their interfaces
- Efficient implementation of our requirements in the system and support of our key users
- Close cooperation with other departments and external service providers
- Analysis of data, maintenance of master data and optimization of processes
- Implementation of training courses and documentation of important processes
That's why you fit into our team:
- You have completed training or a degree in IT, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- You have initial experience in the administration and support of business applications, ideally in retail or E-Commerce
- You understand how business processes work in a company and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- You are communicative, enjoy working in a team and find creative solutions
- A good command of German is important, knowledge of English is an advantage
