To support the purchasing department in the KARE head office in Munich (Garching-Hochbrück) we are looking for a full- or part-time (at least 30 hours/week) employee (*) in purchasing for the international market with immediate effect.
*) Gender doesn't matter, the main thing is motivation
Your tasks:
- Procurement management from scheduling to goods receipt
- International supplier management in German and English
- Negotiation of prices and conditions
- Transport handling with transport service providers
That's why you fit into our team:
- Completed commercial professional training
- First professional experience in the field of purchasing/disposition/procurement
- Knowledge in the field of logistics/sea freight is an advantage
- Strong negotiation skills, proactive, independent and solution-oriented working style, good organizational and time management skills
- Team player
- Strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers
- Fast comprehension and high ability to work under pressure
- Good MS-Office skills and ERP experience
- Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
