As part of the management team at the KARE head office in Munich (Garching-Hochbrück), we are looking for a full-time Head of IT (f/m/x) with immediate effect.
Your tasks:
- Management and development of a team currently consisting of 8 people
- Sustainable optimisation and strategic further development of the IT infrastructure and the IT application landscape (ERP, CRM, PIM etc.)
- Consultancy and support for management and specialist departments
- Continuous evaluation and development of new technologies and solutions
- Planning, controlling and monitoring the budget
- Ensuring data protection and data integrity
That's why you fit into our team:
- You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics or are otherwise highly qualified and have a strong understanding of IT processes, digital transformation and change management
- Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in a comparable role, preferably in a medium-sized company
- Expertise in Abas ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP, CRM), MS Azure and MS 365 is desirable
- You have experience in project work, as well as in the successful introduction and further development of ERP systems
- Team spirit and motivation, as well as a winning demeanour are a matter of course for you
