To support our marketing team in the KARE head office in Munich (Garching-Hochbrück) we are looking immediately for a full-time (Junior) social media manager (*) for creative content and storytelling. 
*) Gender doesn't matter, the main thing is motivation
 
Do you love bringing stories to life visually, have an eye for aesthetics, and know what works on Instagram, Pinterest, and other social media platforms?
Then we are looking for you—as the creative soul behind our social media presence!

Your tasks:

  • Concept & creation: Developing creative content ideas, formats, and storylines for Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook—tailored to our brand and target audience
  • Content production: You implement ideas independently—from shooting and editing to final processing. You photograph, film, and design using tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
  • Social storytelling: You will always find new, authentic ways to tell our brand's story in an emotional and aesthetic way – whether through reels, behind-the-scenes insights, or creative product presentations
  • Community management: Active exchange with our community – you will respond to comments and DMs with heart and authenticity
  • Influencer relations: Research, selection, briefing, and support of suitable creators and influencers—including content approval and performance evaluation
  • Trends & Innovation: You have a keen sense for trends, social media aesthetics, and platform developments—and proactively contribute fresh ideas
  • Reporting & Further Development: You analyze content performance, draw conclusions, and continuously develop our social media strategy

That's why you fit into our team:

  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in online marketing with a focus on social media
  • A keen eye for visual language, design, and aesthetics
  • Experience in content production (photography, video, editing, design)
  • Creativity, initiative, and passion for social media
  • Understanding of brand building and storytelling
  • Team spirit and excellent communication skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
